Our MSc Physiotherapy course is open to all therapists and related healthcare professionals who want to enhance their clinical skills, professional knowledge and critical appraisal abilities as part of their ongoing career development. Cyberphysical systems integrate computation with physical objects and processes. Examples of cyberphysical systems are:

Our course is designed for students with a background in computer science or a related field with analytical skills. You'll learn the principles of integrated system design and computational and cyberphysical systems methods and tools. Core modules will broaden your knowledge in key topics such as artificial intelligence, robotics and cybersecurity.

During the summer period, you will undertake an individual research project. This could be software-based or research-based. Collaboration with business, industry, and other outside bodies is encouraged.

We develop students to become confident sport rehabilitators, equipped with the knowledge, skills and flexibility to work independently across a range of sporting, health, rehabilitation and exercise environments.

Accredited by the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT), our BSc Sport Rehabilitation develops your practical skills to work with patients and athletes of all ages to rehabilitate them following injury.

We are committed to developing sport rehabilitators within a supportive, nurturing environment. You will work across key areas of injury prevention, health, wellbeing and sporting performances, designing and implementing exercise and rehabilitation programmes for your clients.
