The BSc (Hons) Clinical Physiology degree is a four-year course with integrated practice placement learning intended to be the main route for the training of Clinical Physiologists and Healthcare Science Practitioners. Our awards are focused on the training of Healthcare Science Practitioners for the physiological science disciplines (Cardiovascular Physiology and Respiratory and Sleep Physiology).
Graduates in these disciplines will work in a range of healthcare settings to deliver quality assured tests, diagnostic investigations and interventions for patients/clients.

Mathematics is a key aspect of education, from early years through to university, for economic wellbeing in contemporary digital, competitive environments. This course aims to develop these inspirational mathematics teachers by enhancing existing knowledge and pedagogical skills, engaging in small scale research projects, and particularly drawing on strategies used in mathematically high performing countries

You’ll be supported in a design and research-led critical inquiry, testing your work in the public domain through live projects in the UK and overseas. Designed for graduates with a non-nutrition background, this broad-ranging programme offers you an advanced understanding of nutrition and the links between diet and health. Core nutrition science will underpin a critical evaluation of the role of nutrition in public health at the local, national and international level.

This contemporary masters degree is designed to develop professionals with a broad range of skills in human nutrition who are equipped to manage and lead in a range of dynamic settings, such as public health nutrition, health promotion, sports nutrition, the media, research and government.
