Overview
This MBA with a concentration in research for business applications is a unique concentration that allows you to take 12 credits from the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) research courses and count them towards the MBA. Saving you time and money for both degrees!
In this concentration, you’ll take four research courses (12 credits) in our DBA program. As a result, you’ll gain knowledge to be a productive researcher in your field. You’ll understand how to collect and analyze data to benefit your organization. Learning the ins and outs of scholarly research, including statistics for research, quantitative research skills, and qualitative research skills. Business decisions should be guided by a strong understanding of the qualitative and quantitative factors that guide strategy and differentiation among multiple alternatives. While this program allows you to jumpstart your studies in the DBA program, it can also be used to improve your organization and your ability to sift through data driving the complex challenges your organization will face. This concentration will also provide you with the skills necessary to perform solid academic research intended for peer-reviewed publications.

Optional Practical Training or OPT is a period during which students, who have completed their degrees in the USA, are permitted to work for one year on a student visa by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). OPT allows students to work for up to 3 years and develop real-world skills to survive in the competitive jobs market.
It is temporary employment for a period of 12-months that is directly related to the major area of study of an F-1 student. Eligible students have the option to apply for OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies and/or after completing their academic studies.

When you earn your bachelor of marketing degree from Concordia University, you’ll be able to market yourself to your future company. This program covers a lot of ground, from consumer audiences and their needs to product design, packaging, pricing, advertising, selling, distribution, brand identification, and promotion. You’ll study public relations – how it's used to promote and manage public perception – as well as basic advertising campaign strategies like copy, visualization, and layout. God reveals himself through his Word and, to a lesser degree, through his world. This program examines the Bible, God’s revealed Word, in broad introductory overviews of the Holy Scriptures (isagogics) as well as in close reading of a particular biblical book (exegetical studies). This program also studies God’s providence in history. In addition, students receive practical training in the application of their studies in ministry to others.

Explore the major concepts, theoretical views, empirical findings, and historical trends in political science while studying the foundations of American national, state, and local government. Science aims to understand the incredible intricacies of God's creation. This scientific inquiry is what leads to theories and laws that observe and describe the world around us.
In this program, you'll study everything that exists in the earth's environment, from the plants and animals to ecosystems and climate patterns, and how they all correlate. Two concentrations are available; ecology and environmental chemistry. Both tracks take a deep dive into a wide variety of scientific disciplines, with each specialization putting an extra emphasis on ecology or environmental chemistry respectively.

The Photography Major is part of a comprehensive curriculum at Concordia intended to develop your professional skills as well as spiritual and intellectual values. Your classes outside your major at CUW will provide you with a well-rounded bachelor’s degree, and your study of photography will include a chosen minor in perhaps Marketing, Business, English, or Graphic Design to help you build the necessary skills for a successful career in photography. Your major courses will be supplemented by internship opportunities that will give each student professional experiences, and enhance your preparation for the professional world.
A degree in Photography can lead to a variety of careers, including fine art, commercial photography, journalism, editing, education and research, museum and online curation, art direction, marketing, storytelling, and more. The program at CUW is committed to offering an engaging environment and access to off-site community service and clinical opportunities, in addition to the soon to be completed state-of-the-art on campus Concordia University Wisconsin Speech, Language, and Hearing clinic - everything you need to be prepared to succeed in the profession of speech-language pathology.
In addition to the on-site CUW Speech, Language, and Hearing Clinic we will offer engaging clinical externship and practicum opportunities in a variety of educational and medical settings. Our goal is to provide you with rich quality clinical placements interacting with diverse populations in a variety of settings.
Upon successful completion of all requirements and graduation from the master of science in speech-language pathology program at CUW, individuals will be prepared to apply for initial licensure required for practice in the state of Wisconsin.
In this program, you will learn the skills needed to help prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
