What’s different? You'll get individual attention from your professors in rigorous, small classes. This degree can be completed in four years at SPU. You'll learn to think critically and solve quandaries through multiple, extended hands-on projects.
Accredited? We are pursuing accreditation through the ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission for the Mechanical Engineering major like we have already achieved for our other engineering majors.
This major leads to a bachelor of science degree.
The degree requirements are identical to the General Engineering/Mechanical Engineering concentration.
Here are three suggested course sequence flow charts for the Mechanical Engineering BS: for AS-T transfers, for DTA transfers, for students starting with calculus.
