The hospitality administration management AA pathway degree is ideal for students who want to pursue Bachelor's degrees in the field of hospitality. It allows a you the ability to complete the 36 hours of general education credits, while meeting the common prerequisite requirements for university admission into the hospitality administration program.

Please note only 60 of these credits are needed for AA degree completion. For each pathway, IDS 2891 is a degree requirement, and for most of the pathways, SLS 1106 is required for first-time-in-college students. CGS 2100 may be able to be tested out for no credit. The veterinary AA pathway degree is for students who wish to pursue a Bachelor's degree toward a career working with animals.

The Humanities AA pathway is for students who wish to pursue a bachelor's degree in Humanities or a related field. Humanities is an interdisciplinary program with coursework that covers a broad range of studies. The curriculum encourages students to broaden their world view by studying history, literature, fine arts, philosophy, and foreign languages.

The public health AA pathway is for students interested in earning Bachelor's degrees in public health or related fields. This program provides a broad-level understanding of the goals and challenges of public administration and the relationship of these to more specialized aspects of planning, organization, management, and analysis in the public sector at the national, state, and local levels.

This Associate in Arts pathway is for students who intend to pursue a bachelor's degree at a college or university in biological sciences: general, marine or aquatic.

Nursing is a challenging, rewarding career. A nationwide nursing shortage means great career opportunities are available. Accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), our nursing AS degree program takes four semesters, and graduates are eligible to take the National licensing exam NCLEX. The Foreign Language AA pathway is for students who plan to transfer to a Florida public university as a junior to complete a bachelors’ degree with a major or minor in a Foreign Language.

This broad interdisciplinary approach can lead to a variety of career paths in government and international affairs, business, journalism, service professions, education, criminal justice, social sciences and public health.

This pathway is for students who want to pursue a four-year degree in databases, networking, and web systems to meet the technological needs of business and industry.

The AA pathway in Anthropology is for students who want to pursue a bachelor's degree in anthropology or a related field. Anthropology is the study of humans, past and present. To understand the full sweep and complexity of cultures across human history, anthropology draws and builds upon knowledge from the social and biological sciences as well as the humanities and physical sciences.

Courses in this track may be applied toward your degree at the institution where you plan to transfer. Students are advised to consult an advisor or counselor for general education and recommended courses/electives for this pathway.

The Psychology AA pathway is for students who plan to pursue a bachelor's degree in psychology at a college or university. This degree provides the lower division psychology major courses required at many universities while exposing students to the core principles and practices of the psychology field.

This degree enables students to develop a strong foundation in research methods, statistics and biological aspects of behavior, and will offer a variety of elective courses to help students develop their knowledge of human behavior, critical thinking, communication and problem-solving skills. Many university programs require the completion of specific courses prior to acceptance. It is the student's responsibility to contact the institution to ensure transferability.
