Latin American and Caribbean Studies
Latin American and Caribbean Studies (LACS) offers a wide array of courses on Latin America, the Caribbean, and related diasporas in the United States. This interdisciplinary program features courses from departments throughout the University, and it also offers senior seminars and opportunities for independent coursework and study abroad.

A LACS major or minor would be an asset to any student planning a career in business, law, communications, travel, government, nongovernment agencies, environmental organizations, and other areas.

The BA in Television Production and Studies focuses on the creative side of the television industry, from scriptwriting and editing to directing and producing.
