The Professional Sales sequence exposes students to the latest theories and practice in sales education, research, and the profession. Food and Nutrition Management
The Food and Nutrition Management program at llinois State covers the broad field of nutrition with a special focus on the food and beverage industry, rather than science. The program combines business and management principles with food service and hospitality skills.
