Physics

It provides a foundation for all the natural sciences and engineering disciplines. Physics has brought such revolutions as relativity, quantum mechanics and the Big Bang theory, profoundly altering the way mankind views the universe.

Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) with alternative certification is designed to enable students who have undergraduate degrees in content areas and were not education majors to seek Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education certification via an alternative route. This degree is designed to offer students expanded knowledge in content areas and pedagogy, current educational practices, and the processes of teaching and learning.

Forensic Science

Psychological science encompasses a wide range of methods to address diverse topics, from brain function to cultural influences. The discoveries of psychology improve understanding of the human experience and the quality of life.

The study of classical humanities, offered by Saint Louis University's Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures, is designed for students seeking firm foundations and interdisciplinary depth in their liberal arts education. It’s also intended for students who plan to pursue studies that are facilitated by knowledge of classical languages and culture.
