International Year One in Science will prepare you to enter your next semester of a bachelor's degree program at Saint Louis University. Chemical Biology and Pharmacology
Saint Louis University's Bachelor of Science in Chemical Biology and Pharmacology is an interdisciplinary degree in which students gain a strong foundation in chemistry, biology and pharmacology. The degree is customizable to align with students' interests in medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, or molecular biology.

The Master of Arts in Family Therapy at Saint Louis University is based on a systemic/relational view of individuals, couples and families. It fulfills the course and practicum requirements toward licensure in Missouri as a licensed marital and family therapist. A concentration in medical family therapy is also available.

Studio Art
Saint Louis University's studio art program provides students with experience and guidance in creating art. Students explore their individual artistic abilities while learning to understand and appreciate art in a global context. Connections across disciplines and cultural differences help students to gain a conceptual and intellectual framework for their art. Students leave with a portfolio of work and an appreciation of the development of their own values and creative skills as well as an understanding of the artistic processes, expressions and values of others.

Geoscience is the study of the Earth and includes the fields of geology, geophysics and environmental science. Volcanoes, earthquakes, floods, landslides and plate tectonics are some of the things that geoscientists investigate and try to understand. Saint Louis University's Bachelor of Science in Geophysics is offered through its Department of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences. 

Students that begin the program as freshmen spend their first three years completing the required liberal arts and science prerequisite courses. Students who meet academic and professional behavior requirements continue into the two-year professional phase of the program after their junior year.

The two-year professional phase of the program includes coursework in injury and illness prevention, wellness promotion and education, emergent care, examination and clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention, and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Students participate in clinical experiences each semester in a variety of practice settings.

Saint Louis University's Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management is the only undergraduate emergency management program offered at a Jesuit university in the United States. This comprehensive, multi-disciplinary program focuses on all sectors recognized by the Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), providing students with essential skills for careers in the emergency management sector.
