Geology is the study of the Earth. Volcanoes, earthquakes, floods, landslides, erosion and plate tectonics are some of the things that geologists investigate and try to understand. Geology is a field-oriented science that involves mapping and analyzing rocks, deciphering the Earth’s history from the rock record, locating natural resources, identifying natural and man-made hazards, and understanding Earth’s natural processes.

Saint Louis University's nutrition and dietetics program is one of the few in the nation that allows you to become both a registered dietitian nutritionist and a certified chef. With a Master of Science in Information Systems offered through Saint Louis University's School for Professional Studies, you'll gain the skills in software development, analytics, evidence-based decision making, ethics and leadership needed to provide technical expertise and strategic decision-making as an information systems professional. An additional unique advantage of the program includes the option to earn certificates in several areas, including project management, analytics and organizational leadership.

At Saint Louis University’s Parks College of Engineering, Aviation and Technology, we have developed a unique, hands-on computer engineering program that incorporates analysis, design and development of computer systems containing hardware and software components.

Saint Louis University’s Master of Arts in English provides students with scholarly training in a variety of literary fields and in the study of rhetoric and composition.

Art History

The B.S. in Health Management is offered through the College for Public Health and Social Justice, which is accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health. Health management is a major for students interested in business, health care, and health and wellness in communities.
