BS Early Childhood Education
From birth to second grade, early life experiences have a lasting impact on later success. The program’s mission is to prepare our students to become value-driven public service leaders, managers, and analysts by offering you the knowledge of roles, values, skills, and practices that will help you become competent global professionals capable of ethical, innovative, and creative leadership in public service, government, health care, and nonprofit organizations. The interdisciplinary curriculum enables you to occupy public service management and analyst positions across sectoral boundaries, as the program takes into account career and industry sector flexibility.

Healthcare Management
The Healthcare Management track is ideal for individuals occupying administrative positions in the healthcare industry, who are interested in advancing into leadership positions in organizations that provide public health services as well as in regulatory agencies in the healthcare field. Our Healthcare Management track graduates are employed with state and local health agencies, and non-profit/for-profit healthcare organizations such as hospitals in the NYC metro area including NYC metro area Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, Lenox Hill, Montefiore etc.

In the environmental studies program, you will critically analyze key issues such as sustainability, pollution, poverty, biodiversity, and resource use, with the goal of equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to help find solutions with a strong values orientation. Our interdisciplinary approach provides the educational vehicle to thoroughly examine issues from a variety of perspectives: economic, ethical, political, historical, and scientific.

BS Adolescent Education
Our program will lead you to a bachelor’s degree and the New York State Initial Teaching Certificate in Adolescent Education. You’ll have the option to teach one of the following subject areas: biology, chemistry, English, history, mathematics, or Spanish (NYC Campus only). With a BS in Adolescent Education, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to help today’s students become tomorrow’s leaders!
