National Louis University's Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences (ABS) is a degree completion program designed for busy working adults who want to complete their undergraduate degree for professional advancement or personal accomplishment. This interdisciplinary program combines psychology, sociology, communications and cultural and organizational studies to provide a framework for understanding human behavior, motivation and leadership. National Louis University’s Bachelor of Arts in Infant-Toddler Studies program is designed for students who want a well-rounded knowledge base and skill set for working as leaders in the field of infant and toddler care and education, but who do not wish to be licensed teachers.

Coursework includes advanced topics such as trauma-informed practice, ECE mental health and specialized focus on infant/toddler early brain development and responsive caregiving. All courses lead to the ECE and Infant/Toddler Gateways Credentials, with additional options to obtain the Illinois Director Level II and the Illinois Early Intervention/Developmental Therapy (EI/DT) Credentials.
