The Master of Science (MS) in Bioinformatics seeks to provide students with core knowledge in bioinformatics programming, integrating knowledge from the biological, computational, and mathematical disciplines. Upon completion, students are equipped to apply bioinformatics and computational methods to biological problems. Students in the MS program have the opportunity to gain professional work experience via co-op.

The program consists of core course work in computational methods, programming, and statistics, enhanced by electives in molecular biology, biochemistry, molecular modeling, web development, database design and management, data mining, and other related topics.

With the Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication, you'll build in-demand skills as you learn to craft strategic approaches to complex communication challenges. The Master of Professional Studies in Digital Media-Connect is designed for students seeking a career change into digital media. The STEM-designated program offers you core courses in visual communications, programming foundations, and web creation to provide the underpinning for expertise as you gain the essential knowledge required for the main Master of Professional Studies in Digital Media curriculum. With concentrations in 3D animation, game design, digital video, social media, digital media management, and interactive design, you’ll be able to focus your studies on what interests you most. For your final capstone project, you’ll work with a faculty advisor or a small, focused team to channel your passion into a project that provides tangible evidence of your new skills and abilities.
