The Entrepreneurship Program's mission is to educate the Rowan University students to understand global economic, social, political, and environmental events, problems and opportunities as they impact emerging enterprises, non-profit entities and corporate extensions.

Our M.S. in Engineering effectively prepares professionals to respond to the changing needs of engineers today. Our students complete higher level coursework in technical topics and develop and demonstrate applied skills in research, teaching, and communication - all of which leads to an advanced engineering degree. Our program provides you with the necessary knowledge, skill set, and training to be leaders in the engineering workforce.

Novel independent research, conducted under the supervision of a faculty mentor, is an option (thesis-track) and will culminate in publication(s) in peer-reviewed scientific journals, presentations at scientific conferences, a thesis, and the potential generation of intellectual property.

The Department of History at Rowan University delivers high-quality instruction and advising to both undergraduate and graduate students. Whether the goal involves applying mathematics to solve problems in business and industry, teaching in higher education, preparing for further graduate study in mathematics or related fields, or working in a rapidly the growing field of big data analysis as a statistician, this program enables each student to pursue a course of study that is appropriate for their interests.

To address these varying interests, we offer three concentrations: Pure Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, and Statistics.

Our Master of Science (M.S.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences prepares you for a career in the highly interdisciplinary field of pharmaceutical sciences. The field of pharmaceutical science involves the integration of concepts from organic chemistry, biochemistry, physiology, pharmacology, and molecular biology for the design, and synthesis of drugs as well as for understanding the mechanism of drug action. As a practitioner in this field, you may work on the discovery and development of novel drugs, creating efficient use of existing drugs, and lowering the cost of therapy employing less expensive protocols for manufacturing drugs.

American Studies challenges students to investigate the diversity of ideas and circumstances that create American society, culture and history as they develop their critical writing, reading and communication skills.
