An MBA Concentration in Data Analytics is an ideal option for those that want a career that draws on their abilities to develop problem-solving strengths and decision-making skill sets through the use of data analysis, statistical models, and other quantitative methods. Data analytics takes a deeper dive into datasets than business analytics. Data analysts have the opportunity to gather, prepare, clean, and present data to business leaders in a clear and concise manner that allows executives to make tough business decisions. This is a fast growing industry with a great demand for highly skilled workers.

Data analytics skills are in demand internationally by all industries. Long term career goals might include positions such as business intelligence analyst, data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, big data engineer, or data analytics consultant.

The Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics consists of 120 semester hours. The major requires students to take courses in logic, physics, computer science, and applied and theoretical mathematics. The B.S. degree is designed to give the increasing number of our mathematics majors that do not intend to be teachers, the opportunity to prepare more thoroughly for graduate work in mathematics and other disciplines, such as engineering, the physical sciences, statistics, computer science, and areas requiring extensive mathematical training. The requirements for this degree are also flexible enough so that students intending to seek employment in business, industry, or government can pursue courses of study that will allow them to enter their professions familiar with more of the relevant mathematics. The program is designed to allow students to study the mathematics with flexibility, breadth, and depth.

The RTF Department offers students courses in radio, television and film production, as well as courses in the history, business, and aesthetics of the media. Students can select one of two tracks within the program: The Traditional Production Emphasis, which is based in the department's, state-of-the-art digital production facilities, and a new Critical Studies Track. This track prepares the student for media studies in graduate school and/or careers in education and literary criticism. Students who complete both of these programs posses a broad-based liberal arts background and a strong preparation for either the media production industry or advanced media studies.

The Management Information Systems (MIS) program will teach you how to harness cutting-edge information technology to analyze business problems and create solutions.

You will learn to design, develop, implement and maintain technical solutions that will meet the business challenges and opportunities of the future.

Our MIS students are extraordinarily well-prepared for work in the information systems field. MIS students are expected to have three areas of distinct competency: business knowledge, technical skills and interpersonal skills.

A  full range of theatre and dance production opportunities complements coursework and allows students to develop performance and production skills by creating live theatre.  All students may participate in the department's annual faculty-directed mainstage and/or student productions. These projects provide students with practical experience as performers, directors, designers and technicians, and enhances skills learned in the classroom.

Concentration in Design Technical
Intensively study set, light, costume and sound design along with stage management, technical theater, carpentry and electrics. Combine your class design experience with stage work on both our student-produced company and on our main stage while still a student!
