Then our Bachelor of Science in neuroscience may be for you. Our program combines psychology and science to deepen the understanding of the brain and the nervous system. You’ll have the opportunity to conduct research and use state-of-the-art equipment at the Auburn University MRI Research Center.

The biosystems engineering degree prepares graduates who are highly competent in developing engineering-based sustainable solutions to the global challenges and life’s essentials: safe and plentiful food to eat, pure water to drink, clean fuel and energy sources, and a safe, healthy environment in which to live. Students can also choose to specialize in one of the following three options: ecological engineering, bioprocess engineering and forest engineering.

The Bachelor of Arts in French-international trade is a professional degree that broadens your understanding of society through cultural exchange in French and provides you with communication skills, linguistic dexterity, critical thinking, and cultural awareness. These cultural insights and practical tools can help you find your place in today’s competitive, multilingual marketplace.

As a student in the Crop and Soil Sciences major, you’ll apply the basic sciences — such as biology, chemistry, physics, geology and microbiology — to better understand the natural foundation upon which our entire industry is built.

The Hospitality Management (HOSP) program provides a strong educational foundation and excellent career preparation for students interested in the premium service segment of the hospitality industry. The HOSP curriculum offers a variety of courses and unique experiential learning opportunities designed to prepare our graduates to pursue successful management and/or entrepreneurial opportunities in the hotel/lodging, restaurant, event planning, culinary, country club, foodservice or beverage industries.

The Event Management Option is designed to attract students pursuing careers in the multi-faceted and ever-evolving commercial, and non-commercial Meetings, Incentive, Conference and Events (MICE) sector. As is the case both nationally and globally, the events sector now makes a significant contribution to the socio-economic wellbeing of the state of Alabama and the nation. Over recent decades, public, private and voluntary sector businesses (including those in the education sector) throughout the state and beyond have been outsourcing social and business events such as meetings, incentive travel, conferences and events (MICE). This program is designed to position Auburn University to keep pace with this emerging economic sector by educating the trained professionals needed to meet the continuing demands of the state’s and nations ever-developing hospitality industry and in particular those interested in pursuing a career in the event management field.

The Master of Science in CSSE provides both online and on-campus students an opportunity for advanced learning and creative research. Students will further their education through a balanced program in both instruction and research with the goal of achieving excellence in the field of computer science and software engineering. On-campus students may choose the thesis or non-thesis option. Online students can choose a non-thesis (courses only) or, with special permission from the department, the thesis option. They will be able to specialize in areas such as artificial intelligence, computer networks, cybersecurity, databases and data science, human/computer interaction and machine learning.

Major in management and develop skills in areas such as behavioral dynamics, leadership, project management, business logistics and processes, international relations, and the management of information systems.

Auburn University's M.S. in Mathematics program develops your content knowledge in two key ways. First, through coursework taught in small classes by internationally recognized faculty. Our major in animal sciences (ANSC) will prepare you for a career in veterinary medicine, medicine, equine science, food safety, animal and allied industries and related areas. The program is also excellent preparation for graduate studies in fields such as animal nutrition, biochemistry and molecular biology, microbiology, growth biology, meat science and muscle biology, breeding and genetics, and reproductive biology.
