There are two tracks available in the upper division program for B.S. in Computer Science. The Computer Science (CS) track should be followed by the student who intends to continue on to graduate study in computer science. The Software Design and Development (SDD) track may be followed by the student who intends to pursue a software engineering career. FIU’s Bachelor of Science in IoT will transform a student into a technological expert who can manage, program, maintain and secure IoT devices in many critical areas such as energy, transportation, health, aviation, infrastructure and hospitality. This program will provide expertise in the following four pillars: hardware, software, wireless communications and cybersecurity & privacy.

The Asian Studies B.A. enhances the mission of Florida International University to achieve excellence in diverse aspects of its international studies programming. Business Administration in Real Estate

A real estate degree from the College of Business will prepare you to make decisions in the real estate and real estate finance industries. Explore the financial aspects of all real estate transactions, from residential to commercial to international, and learn about property management and real estate development.

Graduates are able to understand the functions of real estate markets, practices, and institutions, understand the nature of the legal environment of real estate, appraise the real estate development opportunities in the commercial real estate markets for residential, warehouse, retail, and industrial properties, and solve specific problems or issues related to the analysis of real estate financing alternatives.
