his 2+2 degree program is offered by UCF on the Daytona Beach Campus. The B.S. in Photography degree prepares students for professional practice with strong technical, creative and critical skills.Photography is also available as an area of specialization on the Orlando campus through the School of Visual Arts and Design (SVAD) as part of the Art, Studio Track (B.A.) and Studio Art (B.F.A.) programs.

As part of the program, some courses study the form and proportion of the human figure. Nude models are used as reference.

The B.S. in Elementary Education program at UCF prepares you to become an elementary classroom teacher. You’ll gain a number of hands-on skills, developing pedagogy and content knowledge needed to meet the needs of K-6 students. Coursework covers various elementary subject areas, including reading, language arts, mathematics, social studies and science. The Jazz Studies Track prepares students for a career as a professional jazz musician. Students will take classes in applied study, music theory, history and performance. Students have the opportunity to perform in large ensembles as well as small chamber groups.

Housed in the L3Harris Engineering Center, the computer science program has classrooms and high-tech innovative lab spaces where cutting-edge research is performed covering a wide range of topics. These labs include the Siemens Digital Grid Laboratory and a planned 360-degree augmented-virtual reality lab space.

The School of Public Administration provides the highest quality undergraduate education for students interested in working in the nonprofit sector. The school strives to achieve local, state and national prominence through contemporary curriculum, innovative instruction, scholarly and applied research, and community service. Programs and services develop and enhance management skills essential to public and nonprofit organizations. The school offers an undergraduate program leading to a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nonprofit Management. The program provides opportunities for students to prepare for employment as nonprofit professionals and produces graduates with the management skills and analytical techniques needed for successful careers in nonprofit and related business fields.

Students majoring in the Social Sciences Interdisciplinary B.S. program are provided with interdisciplinary breadth and depth in the Social Sciences as they fulfill the requirements of three separate social science minors of their choice, a statistics course, and a methodology course. The Social Science minors are housed in Anthropology, Communication, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, and Women's and Gender Studies. This major supports UCF's goal of offering the best undergraduate education available in Florida with flexibility that is absent in most discipline-specific programs.
