Our B.A. in communication prepares students for professional careers in a wide range of communication fields: broadcasting, communication management, healthcare administration, journalism and public relations. Environmental biology is a dynamic and growing major which prepares students with the scientific background needed to understand and address the many pressing environmental concerns that exist in the modern world. Our program emphasizes experiential learning and creates opportunities for students to get out of the class room into nature.

Prepare to perform in an opera, musical, recording studio, orchestra, band, chorus, chamber ensemble or as a soloist. Our program will help you refine your abilities in music performance to begin working or pursuing graduate studies after graduation. You will have a multitude of individual and group performance opportunities including solo competitions, workshops, masterclasses, and national and international travel with our ensembles.

As an electrical engineering graduate student, you’ll work with top scholars and industry leaders and develop your area of expertise. Your work is supported with faculty expertise and seven computer labs with industry-specific software along with ten specialized laboratories.

The Industrial Engineering Technology program prepares students for management and engineering positions in manufacturing and service organizations such as healthcare, banking and finance, transportation, retail, and government. Graduates may be involved in supply chain management, data-driven economic decisions, planning and scheduling of work methods and expected output, quality assurance, optimization of facilities layout and processes.

As an industrial engineering technology major at University of Dayton, you will develop engineering skills through industry-sponsored projects and experiential learning opportunities.
