The international relations major is designed for students interested in global and international studies. Music Industry Studies degree at University of the Pacific is the first collegiate program of its kind in the region. It merges practice with theory along with intensive, hands-on training and internships to give students the knowledge and resilience to succeed in the fast-paced environment of the music industry. It was designed to prepare you for success in a variety of 21st century music careers. Plus, you will have access to a host of alumni and music industry executives who know the skills and characteristics they are seeking in future employees.

The Master of Science in Engineering Science (MSES) program is designed to strengthen students' technical, analytical, and professional breadth and depth. All students receiving an MSES degree will complete a set of core courses that covers the broader subjects of research and analysis. Students are allowed admission to the MSES program after completing their bachelor's degree. Traditional MSES students may qualify for a graduate assistantship, which provides tuition and a living stipend.

An appreciation of the principles of chemistry is fundamental to understanding our daily lives and the future of our planet. Chemistry also serves as a foundation not only to industrial careers, but also to careers in the health sciences. The emphasis in all chemistry classes is to provide a thorough understanding of basic chemical concepts and to develop the competence in how to apply these concepts in a logical fashion to solve real world problems. Students can choose among a variety of degree programs designed to meet a range of career goals.

Pacific's Master of Accounting (MAcc) program is designed to prepare students for licensure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) under California's new education rules. Offered on Pacific's beautiful Stockton campus, the program can be completed in as little as 2 semesters for those with an undergraduate degree in accounting, or 3-4 semesters for those with a degree in a different field.

90% of MAcc program graduates accept an offer in the field within six months of graduation, including the Big Four (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, & PwC), as well as large multi-state, regional, and local CPA firms. Students benefit from the customized career services offered by the Eberhardt Career Management Center, including individual counseling, resume review, networking opportunities, and more.

The Bachelor of Science in Accounting is a four-year degree that includes study of all functional areas of accounting including financial, managerial, cost, federal income tax accounting, accounting information systems, and auditing. Graduates of the program are fully prepared to enter accounting careers in the corporate, governmental, and not-for-profit areas. The program consists of 128 hours of coursework, and positions those graduates who desire licensure as Certified Public Accountants to continue their studies.

In addition to the general education courses required by the University, the Bachelor of Science in Accounting curriculum requires a set of preprofessional skills courses in the areas of communication, mathematics and economics. Many of these courses also satisfy certain general education requirements. Students also progress through a series of courses in core business areas such as accounting, management, marketing and finance. In their junior year, students begin their intermediate accounting studies, and end the program with a series of advanced accounting courses including auditing, advanced financial accounting, cost accounting, and income tax accounting.

The new Master of Science in Computer Science degree program is built on a 96-year foundation of engineering and computer science at University of the Pacific. The one to two-year program, taught at the iconic ivy-covered campus in Stockton, California, teaches students advanced techniques and best practices of professional research and establishes the intellectual foundations for achieving excellence in the field of computer science. That's pretty broad, but so is a physics degree. Physics majors of course most often go into scientific or technical fields (like optics, superconductivity, nanotechnology, new energy methods, etc.), but it is a very flexible degree. Physics majors go on to careers in biology, law, financial firms, teaching, and other areas — basically anywhere there are difficult problems to solve.
