Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies
The Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies major is for students preparing for the general career areas of health, fitness, recreation and sports, so it is well suited students unsure of which area they are most interested in pursuing. The program's popular feature is that general electives may also meet entrance requirements for professional schools. This is especially helpful in those instances where Baylor University does not have a pre-professional degree program in the field a student is interested in.  Course available include:

Students develop the ability to apply problem-solving tools related to productivity improvement, quality control, production scheduling, and materials management.  They are also able to present an integrated top-management view of the entire operations function. Courses help students prepare for professional certifications in Supply Management (CPSM) and Project Management (PMP).  Available courses include:

Interior Design
The Interior Design program prepares students for thriving careers across the varied sectors that define the architecture and design professions.For more than forty years, Baylor's program has developed critical thinkers and problem solvers who apply design solutions to address challenges of individuals and communities. The program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA). Students learn to apply the design process and technical skills to creatively solve design problems. Piano Pedagogy
The Pedagogy major in the School of Music develops the student's skill in both playing and teaching piano. It is a comprehensive degree program with many opportunities for valuable teaching experiences. Slavic and East European Studies surveys countries that make-up more than one-fifth of the global landmass and are collectively home to more than 300 million people. Coursework includes studies of the Slavic culture, politics and history. It is paired with intensive studies of the Russian language. Available courses include:

The Philosophy major provides a solid foundation in the history of philosophy.  It also provides an in-depth study of specific subject areas including logic, ethics, aesthetics, epistemology, and metaphysics. This dual emphasis cultivates students' capacity for critical analysis, stimulates independent thinking and promotes sound reasoning based on knowledge, moral discrimination and religious insight. The Philosophy Department offers a Pre-Law track as well as a Medical Concentration. Studying philosophy provides excellent preparation for the problem solving, critical thinking and analytical writing essential for the law and medical professions. Philosophy is also offered as a minor for students wishing to enhance another academic major.

The Apparel Merchandising program focuses on developing professional skills, such as communication, analytical thinking, teamwork and ethical behavior. These skills help sustain graduates as they apply management and marketing theory and business principles to the global fashion industry. Courses include:
