Physics
The Physics major is the study of matter, energy, force and motion and the way in which they relate to one another. It provides a comprehensive curriculum that prepares students for graduate studies or careers in technology, medicine, education, law, finance, industry and other professions. Available courses include:

The Finance major is the study of the decision-making process involved in managing and acquiring assets to create a profit. It is a pre-major.  The major offers two focuses, Corporate Finance and Investments. Corporate Finance is the study of research and acquisition of assets for companies. The study of Investments includes the valuing of financial securities and corporate and personal portfolio management. Available courses include:

Astronomy
Astronomy is the study of the universe and all the bodies within it. It examines origins of the universe, stars and planets as well as how they move and evolve in space. Math, physics, chemistry and geology contribute to astronomy and help inform our understanding of the universe. Education - Secondary English, Language Arts, and Reading
The Secondary Education program prepares students to work in grades 7-12. Graduates of the Secondary Education program earn a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.S. Ed.) with certification in one subject area (listed below). Supplemental certification may be added in English as a Second Language.

Baylor's Bioinformatics undergraduate program was one of the first of its kind when it was created. The Bioinformatics major is a combination of computer science, life sciences, mathematics and statistics. The goal of the program is to produce students competent across multiple disciplines.
