Apparel Design and Product Development
The Apparel Design & Product Development curriculum develops students into professionals that will be successful in both the domestic and international marketplace. Fashion design is the development of apparel, textile and consumer products that meet the needs of specific consumer markets. Students develop an understanding of these needs through the study of consumer behavior, demographics and psychographics. Apparel Design courses are both creative and high technical. Education - Secondary Life Science
The Secondary Education program prepares students to work in grades 7-12. Graduates of the Secondary Education program earn a Bachelor of Science in Education (B.S. Ed.) with certification in one subject area (listed below). Supplemental certification may be added in English as a Second Language.

The Environmental Science major combines laboratory and field work, internships and classroom study. This program is for students interested in a variety of fields including water resources and air quality, wildlife management and biodiversity conservation, and environmental toxicology and chemistry. The Mathematics major involves a variety of mathematical areas, both traditional and contemporary. Mathematics is in the Bachelor of Science degree program as well as in the Bachelor of Arts degree program. The BS in Mathematics curriculum provides the student with a basic background in mathematics.  It allows a student to place some emphasis on an area of mathematics that is related to engineering, the biological, physical, or social sciences. The BA in Mathematics curriculum provides the student with a basic background in mathematics in the context of a liberal arts education.
