The Health and Physical Education teaching degree prepares students to deliver quality health education and physical education to young people in grades K-12. The courses were all designed to follow best practices for preparing excellent teachers who are passionate about the health and fitness of our youth.

As the ability to converse in Spanish is increasing in importance in the U.S. and worldwide, it's no secret that with a background in this language, you'll be better equipped for your profession — and for service. Our Spanish Teaching degree combines the best of two worlds: our respected education program and a course of study involving language, geography and literature. We teach our classes in Spanish to prepare you for a career where you, as a teacher, will do the same.

Contribute your vision to the world. Learn the foundations and practice of animation, from character design to top-end computer graphics and 3D graphics. At Lipscomb, you'll grow your creative skills under some of the most prominent animators in the U.S., including Tom Bancroft and John Pomeroy. The International Affairs major is the perfect way to maximize your semester abroad. Your 12 Global Learning credits will be applied to the major, fulfilling a core part of the coursework for this major. International Affairs integrates your language training, travels, and Lipscomb education. Further courses in political science and history will complement your experiences and broaden your knowledge base.

Applied
The more mathematics an engineering, science, computer science or business student takes, the more jobs openings and graduate school openings are available to that student. The applied mathematics degree is an especially good choice for a double major for students who are already required to have a minor in mathematics, such as engineering and computer science majors. It also qualifies business students to work as an actuary.
