Designed to meet the changing needs of health care and social services, our MA in Mental Health Counseling prepares students to test to become Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMCH) from the New York State Education Department. The 60-credit MA in Mental Health Counseling program at Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology located in New York City, offers theoretical and applied principles of psychological counseling. In the Katz School's interdisciplinary M.S. in Biotechnology Management and Entrepreneurship, you’ll master the mission-critical scientific, technical and business knowledge needed to launch, manage, scale and commercialize biotechnology innovations and delivery systems. YU’s M.A. in Physics program, based in New York City, specializes in solving problems in quantum information, mechanical and electronic materials behavior, propagation of waves, biological matter, dynamics, and hardware and software development. These activities are of intrinsic interest from a fundamental point of view and they are also geared toward engineering applications.

Our master's in physics program explores exciting fields like quantum information and materials behavior. Yeshiva College students are singularly suited and uniquely challenged to study Tanakh intensively while bringing to bear the breadth of knowledge gained from a liberal arts education. At Yeshiva College, Bible is a multidimensional discipline. It begins with an effort to understand the Bible in its historical context, as illuminated by the history of the Ancient Near East and its linguistic and physical culture. It continues with the study of the Bible as it has been read and interpreted throughout Jewish history, from second temple texts to the rabbis of the Talmud to the classical medieval commentators, down to the present. The Yeshiva College Bible faculty, immersed in traditional approaches and trained in contemporary scholarship, brings these mutually enriching aspects of the study of Tanakh together in a fashion rarely available elsewhere.

The study of economics helps students develop analytical tools to understand how modern economies allocate scarce resources to produce goods and services and how economic performance is affected by policies, technology, and institutions. It also provides students with a rigorous way of thinking about individual, business, and household decision-making.

This track of the Economics major provides ideal training for those interested in law, business, journalism, or public policy.
