Materials Science (Major)
Material science is the study of the properties and associated uses of materials including metals, ceramics, plastics, composites, nanomaterials and biomaterials. Material scientists develop high performance materials, engineer new applications, develop and customise innovative processing techniques, predict and analyse the performance of materials, and manage commercial material production.
