The Bachelor of Viticulture and Wine Science enables graduates to pursue a professional career in the winemaking industry by gaining technical, scientific and managerial expertise in both growing quality grapes and making world class wines.

The Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science (BSES) program is a full-time, three year program that offers stimulating degree studies, enabling you to become a highly regarded industry professional within the sport, health and exercise science sectors.

The program enables graduates to enter employment in the sport, exercise and recreation industry with a sound knowledge of:

The MIT is a Level 9 programme with a minimum of 180 or 240 credits. It enables those who have completed a Bachelors’ degree in Information Technology/Computing to achieve a postgraduate level qualification in Information Technology.

The programme can be completed in two years (240 credits) or 18 months (180 credits) full-time or up to eight years part-time, depending on your previous study and experience and specific course preferences.  It is designed to extend and deepen your knowledge and skills by building on attainment gained from undergraduate study in the computing field and to extend current information technology professionals in their career progression.

Graduating with an accounting major will enable you to undertake accountancy related work in the commercial and not-for-profit sectors. With appropriate course selections you will be able to meet the provisional admission requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) with either Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) or CPA Australia. The Program Coordinator can advise you on appropriate course selections.

Management Major
Typical opportunities after graduation include the areas of: human resources; operations management; or developing your own business.You will work initially in roles such as Team Leader, Functional Manager or Management Trainee, progressing to more senior positions with experience.

Marketing Major

The Bachelor of Professional Creative Practice (Honours) programme is collaboratively offered by EIT’s two iconic creative practice schools: IDEAschool and Toihoukura.
