This pathway is for students who want to pursue a four-year degree in Marketing, which includes careers that are focused upon attracting and retaining customers in public and private sectors.

The hospitality administration management AA pathway degree is ideal for students who want to pursue Bachelor's degrees in the field of hospitality. The computer information technology AS degree prepares you for jobs such as PC support specialist, help desk specialist, microcomputer specialist, software specialist and information systems specialist.

The network infrastructure AS degree teaches network infrastructure concepts, protocols and configurations related to routers, LAN, VLAN, WAN, IP addressing, and more. This program prepares you for a variety of jobs in the IT industry.

The engineering AA pathway is for students who wish to pursue Bachelor's degrees in electrical, mechanical, civil, computer science, aerospace, nuclear, agricultural, industrial, and environmental engineering. Options in surveying and mapping, and materials design and testing are also available.

Careers include positions in the areas of design, testing, research, architecture, electronics, robotics, manufacturing, sales, construction management, and technical writing. The pharmacy AA pathway degree is for students who want to pursue Bachelor's degrees in pharmacy. Pharmacists dispense medications prescribed by physicians as well as educate physicians and the public about proper drug usage. The nuclear medicine technology AS degree prepares you for a medical imaging specialty that uses radioactive materials to aid in the diagnosis, staging and treatment of illnesses such as cancer, heart disease and dysfunctional thyroid disease. Learn the function and structure of virtually every major organ system within the body.

Offered on the Dale Mabry Campus with clinical experience at several locations in the greater Tampa Bay area, this program is fully accredited and requires a full-time two year commitment. Classes and clinical internships are offered only during the daytime. Graduates are eligible for both nuclear medicine certification exams: the NMTCB and the ARRT-Nuclear Medicine.

The accounting technology tax option AS degree prepares you for a position as an accountant or an accounting paraprofessional in advanced professional accounting occupations requiring analysis, evaluation, theory and design.

The coursework focuses on basic accounting functions as well as skills common to several fields of business, including finance, business law and general business topics.

A surgical technologist assists surgeons, anesthesiologists, registered nurses, and other members of an operating room team. Surgical technologists, who may also be called surgical or operating room technicians or scrub techs, prepare the operating room before the surgery takes place. They also prepare patients for their surgery, arrange medical equipment, and assist doctors during surgical procedures.

The surgical technologist position is sometimes confused with the surgical assistant role. A surgical assistant is another member of the operating room team. While a surgical technologist's tasks are usually limited to preparing operating rooms and equipment, and handing instruments to surgeons, the surgical assistant provides hands-on assistance to a surgeon during an operation.

A surgical assistant might help control a patient's bleeding, apply sutures and use suctioning equipment. Some surgical technologists become surgical assistants after receiving supplemental on-the-job training. To become a surgical assistant, you can also complete a formal training program.

As part of a day's regular duties and tasks, surgical technicians may perform some or all the following:

• Prepare the operating room for upcoming surgeries
• Sterilize equipment and stock up any necessary supplies
• Prepare patients for their procedures
• Sterilize equipment and hands surgeons’ instruments upon their request.
• Order and take inventory of supplies, and maintain files and records of procedures
