Overview
The School of Business, Public Administration and Information Sciences offers the 120-credit Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with concentrations in six areas. The B.B.A. degree is a comprehensive business degree that prepares students for a broad range of careers in business and for workplaces where technology and data are crucial. The goal of the degree is to provide students with an exceptional undergraduate business education that provides experiential and project-based learning, in-demand and relevant professional skills, and opportunities to plan for a meaningful career upon graduation.
Students in the B.B.A. take a structured core business curriculum that not only includes coursework in the basic areas of business – accounting, finance, management, and marketing – but is also focused on in-demand skills such as entrepreneurial thinking and innovation, selling and negotiating, data analytics, and computational thinking and coding. Students also develop a career plan and complete a practicum or internship where they can apply their skills and gain experience in their field of concentration.

Optional Practical Training or OPT is a period during which students, who have completed their degrees in the USA, are permitted to work for one year on a student visa by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). OPT allows students to work for up to 3 years and develop real-world skills to survive in the competitive jobs market.
It is temporary employment for a period of 12-months that is directly related to the major area of study of an F-1 student. Eligible students have the option to apply for OPT employment authorization before completing their academic studies and/or after completing their academic studies.

The 36 to 63-credit Master’s of Business Administration (number of credits is based on your undergraduate coursework) provides the knowledge base and skills that enable professionals to become leaders in business by offering a comprehensive program which meets the needs of an ever-changing, global business environment. The program is offered on a part-time basis during the evenings and weekends with 15- and 7-week semesters, to accommodate the schedules of busy working professionals who are interested in advancing their careers. When you enroll in the program, you will join students representing every continent and possessing a variety of professional backgrounds, including those who work in corporate entities, nonprofit organizations and government agencies.

Master of Public Administration in Health Administration
Master of Public Administration in Health Administration prepares students for careers in fields that offer numerous professional paths. Students from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of expertise, are taught by faculty members who are current in all of the latest trends and issues in health care administration.
The program of study is flexible and can be tailored to accommodate the professional requirements of the student by offering specialization courses that provide them with the opportunity to examine a specific management function or an area of application in greater depth. Areas of specialization include health care administration, health care management, health care policy and aging/long-term care. Other specializations can be developed in consultation with a faculty advisor from the broad spectrum of courses available through the Program and the School, as well as through courses available across the Campus.
The Program is divided into four parts: an introductory sequence that provides 15 credits of public service sector foundations and skills, followed by 9 credits of focused management topics including human resources, budgeting and financial management, and law and accountability. Students then take 12 credits in an area of specialization and a required six-credit integrative capstone experience, which culminates in a project and a formal presentation.

Master of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology (STEM)
The Master of Science program in Pharmacology and Toxicology prepares students with the knowledge and abilities required for competitive technical positions in pharmacological research and testing, for participating in clinical trials, and for performing toxicological reviews and assessments in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries as well as in academic and governmental research laboratories.
Additionally, graduates are well positioned to continue their studies in Ph.D. programs in pharmacology and other biomedical sciences, while other graduates may find the program ideal for improving their credentials toward gaining admission to medical school or other health professional programs.
Career opportunities and employment may include academic departments involved in research, development, and teaching. Rewarding careers are also possible in pharmaceutical companies, government laboratories and agencies including the Centers for Disease Control, The Food and Drug Administration, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Defense and NASA. The B.A. in Psychology provides students with a broad understanding of the principles that explain human behavior and interaction. The Bachelor of Science degree program in Artificial Intelligence is one of the first degrees of its kind in the country. Students of this program will build the foundational knowledge necessary to design computational systems that exhibit “human-like intelligence” such as the ability to interpret sensory input, learn from experience, understand human language, and support intelligent decision-making. Master of Fine Arts in Writing and Producing for Television
TV Writers Studio (TVWS) is a one-of-a-kind writing practicum. Pure and simple, the goal of the TVWS is to educate and to develop highly skilled, experienced professionals with strong portfolios who will be prepared to begin careers in the television industry as writer/producer/entrepreneurs.
Each year, the TVWS has two cohorts running side-by-side: one in its first year, the other in its second and final year. The students invited to participate in the TVWS become part of an intensive, two year curriculum of study during which they function collaboratively like the staff of an ongoing television series; and independently, as writer/creators of their own TV series pilot and web series.
